Before you start this process, sit down and figure out your goals. Do you want to gain muscle or lose fat? Just like I have said before, you’ll need to get a diet and a workout plan. Now it is time for you to get into the mindset to train. No pain no gain is how the saying goes right? Well its time to eat those words. You will have to work harder than ever before. You will be sore for the first few weeks.
The biggest lie about losing weight and gaining muscle is that it is too hard to do. Not true at all. Anyone can get their dream body with proper diet and exercise.
If you want to bulk up, the rules are simple, lots of free weight training. This means compound exercises. If you plan on slimming down, then get into a routine of heavy cardio and light machine training. Believe it or not, but this will stimulate your metabolism. Either way you plan to go, getting in shape is great for your health. Not only will you look great and feel healthy, but your confidence will be through the roof. It is time to get into your new body! This body ain’t going to build itself, so hop off your computer.
