Fat Burning Workout That You Can Take on the Road – A Quick Muscle Building

Proper nutrition is needed of course, as well as a good recovery time and a solid workout that will be maintained. Women just do not go at it as hard as men do because they don’t care to be bulky or look too much like a man physically. But they can still look rather appealing with a nice lean body.

Here is the exercise routine to perform:

·         Stand with feet shoulder width apart.

·         Your dumbbells are placed two feet ahead on either side of your mat.

·         Go done on your knees and grasp each dumbbell.

·         Straighten out your legs into the straight pushup position.

·         Perform one pushup and tuck your feet back in to standing position with the dumbbells in your hands.

·         Perform a traditional squat maneuver.

·         At the top of the squat, raise your arms into an overhead press.

·         Bring your arms down and perform a squat, but instead of raising up, assume a pushup position and perform another pushup.

Also, don’t overlook your legs because having massive arm muscles but weak legs would cause your body to become disproportionate.
