Eating for Energy

Hey everyone welcome back to another episode of Ask Yuri and we are talking about how to lose body fat and how will it help you when life is hectic ? And what are the real life expectations ? So, here is the question, Hello Yuri, I am really losing the pulse rate and I am low tempered, I spend too much time in office and I am a complete workoholic, when I go to home, I don’t feel like cooking food . I am single as well as very much confused , I am having a decent job, my job treats insurance setup in 3 month due to which my weight is lost every week by 1 pound as well as body fats per week . I started taking kick passing class using another workout program from home but don’t want to lose interest in searching the results. So, I also understand nutrition is the key part. So what you recommend?

So, first of, the thing that I like is that, she said up plan which is realistic because things are not going to happen in one week or two . It completely depends on how well you start and you will see the results in couple of weeks . So, I think three months is a good time for get you some really good results and also there will be for some weeks it will be probably be lowest, faster way loss and fat loss results and other weeks little bit less . So, it goes kind of up and down little bit, for some people just understand that, even if you can a pound may be in 1 week, you can lose, that might be muscle .

The key is as you grown up your muscle, you think you are a body builder but it is going to fuel your metabolism to burn more calories to warm up and it is really going to bring your body fats down . Now the key with eating well is having a plan. If you are a workaholic and spend lot of time on work, the key is to plan to strategies what you can eat and when and start preparing things at a time. So, have things on hand like fruits and veggies, ready to take with you some nuts and sizzles, you can snack down for today. You can even get on some smoothies, juices if you are not saprobe whether it is pretty much warm full for most of the year.

So, enjoy the lot of local produce in the Raw food diet state, papayas, mangoes, bananas are all amazing food and especially if you are working up consistently, they can be good source of fuel for your workouts. So, you know, the key here again with success, with the nutrition is planning. When you have a plan, you know exactly what are you eating, when, you not to think about things, you have a piece of mind, you want to know about your time for lunch, you have no time for dinner,  you just have to ensure that you get the right amount of ingredients, you know for that stuff.
